Poetry / "letting go"
Without knowing what I was getting into
I let you into
Me
Swore I wouldn’t do it again
Told myself to remember when
And yet with YOU it’s different
I’m different
And I’m loving every second
Instead of remembering what past heartache
Had brought me to
I now find myself, lost in thoughts of you
Because where we’ve been was just a prelude
To the places I want to take you
Every time you take me
In your arms, with your kiss,
And how your hands take control of my hips
The beginning of a bliss to which I’ve been ignorant
And while I know the lines of your face
The Desire to know every line of your body
Changes letting you in
To taking you in
Passion pushing the discovery
Of not just you
Not just me
But the possibilities of we
Tangled in bed sheets on a Sunday morning

The lines are okay up to the last one. I don’t think that “on a Sunday morning”fits and needs changing.
