Quotes / never worth having.

Hmmmmmm…virginity is easily lost…other things too. I’m not sure if I agree, but it will make me go and contemplate the concept, so…good quote!

Their mum was absolutly right. if you buy something many times yet you keep on losing it. why but it? you obviously weren’t meant to have it because you really don’t pay attention to it. therefore it gets lost.

Like so many quotes, this one seems context specific. Life, health and computer data seem exempt from the above.

In some instances, a true statement.  There are a few exceptions, like one’s life (think of how many people die in car accidents every day).

Is that complete?  It feels like it is missing a word or two.

I don’t know if that’s entirely true.  Someone’s trust can be lost extremely easily.  Violate someone’s trust, and it’s toast until you build it back up again through painstaking effort.  Doesn’t mean it was never worth having.

Your mother is definitely very wise to have taught you that quote. It applies to almost anything really, relationships, material things, etc. It’s definitely an encouragement and a nice word of wisdom. I really love quotes that are like that. Thanks for sharing this, and keep on writing!
