HISTORY
Ok, so I got alot of complaints of basically, “What you talking bout Brazen?” Allright, lemme go over some of the history for yah just to make it clear to what the hell is goin on in the world today. In the beginning there was nothing. Nothin, no animals, no people, no water, no air, nothing. Then a spark came into the universe. Some of you call it Yahweh, God, Allah, Mother Earth, well to us it has no name, but it created Gaia, the spirit of Earth.
GAIA, WYLD, WEAVER, WYRM
Personally I think that there are many different Gaia’s for every planet that has life. A protector for itself from evil. Also there is Luna, the nights lantern and giver of gifts, but I’ll come to that later. Well, Gaia decided one day that she needed help so she created 3 helpers: The Wyld, the Weaver, and the Wyrm.
These guys are supposed to be balanced, the Wyld creates the very spirit of life, the Weaver shapes it, and the Wyrm recycles it, like death or reincarnation, a little of both really. Then the Wyrm realized something, he could be more powerful than Gaia and destroy her. So he surrounded himself with evil and slowly started to eat at Gaia’s balanced creation.
BLESSED WOLVES:WEREWOLVES
Gaia had two favorite creations, one was humans and the other were wolves. No one really knows where Garou, werewolves, come from, but, the story goes that we, and other animals, called the Fera, were blessed to protect the fragile humans.
This was our fall. Because humans were so weak we took advantage, bread with them in our human forms and treated them like slaves. Even now they still remember kind of what happened during what is called the Impergium.
WAR OF RAGE
Later we started to envy the Fera. We thought we were all that and started to attack them for all their Gaia given secrets. This War of Rage caused nothing but pain and torment between Garou and their cousins. We don’t even know if half the Fera even exist even more.
Humans didn’t trust us anymore after the bloodbath of The War of Rage. Eventually we did loose control and civilization began. Humans were now separate from nature and we are a myth. Gaia wept.
THE WYRMS DEFIANCE
Remember the Wyrm mentioned earlier? Yah, it was gainin power by the minute and tainting everythin. The Wylds’ magic started to become twisted, where spirits were corrupt from beginning. The Weaver was goin crazy. All of it’s creations were being destroyed by the Wyrm and it was forgettin why it was creatin anything. So it just keeps goin and goin tryin to make the whole world a structured mess.
BLACK SPIRAL DANCERS: GAROU OF THE WYRM
And so it goes on for every tribe. There are 12 tribes today, there were 15, but the White Howlers died off protecting against Wyrm spawn. They were too proud and they were all made into what is now Black Spiral Dancers, evil werewolves.
They worship the Wyrm. They believe that the worlds destruction is their rapture. The earth needs to be destroyed by evil to become pure. Very wacko group. They are blessed with insanity and inbreeding, I’m not kidding. And f-ing powerful too!
LOST TRIBES
As for the other two, the Croatan were a Native American tribe. The others Wendigo, the whiny bastards, and the Uktena, I can’t even explain them, still are here though. The Croatan sacrificed their entire tribe to an entity of the Wyrm called…..what the heck was it….Eater-of-Souls! Yah, that thing. It could of destroyed the world if the Croatan hadn’t of given themselves to it along with just one from the other 13 tribes.
As for the last there called the Bunyip from Australia. The bastard tribe. They bred with wild dogs to keep alive. But like the War of Rage, we killed them all off, our European parts anyway, out of misunderstanding. Now we don’t know if any of the Kinfolk live.
OUR KIN
Oh yah, Kinfolk. They are the children of Garou that don’t actually turn into werewolves. Most of them are seen as breeding stock, both human and wolf. Kind of sick, I think they should be given more respect. I only have one brother that is Kinfolk, unlike me, my twin sisters, and other brother who can all change.
Kinfolk are the bravest of us all. They have no gifts of Gaia, usually, they will fight with us, and care for us when we can’t. They are the connection to humans when Garou are too busy bashin brains out of baddies.
There is a rule against Garou matin with Garou, because a Metis is born. Metis are A baby born from two werewolves. Cursed, deformed, and all about screwed the hell up. But they are powerful buggers. Crinos, the power-house form, from birth they can sometimes rip their own parents apart. As for the deformities, severe to mild, No arms legs to being albino, hooves, wings, horns, missing organs/limbs. Sad little kids.
GIFTS AND RITES OF GAIA AND LUNA
Anyway, onto gifts. Gifts and Rites are blessings from Gaia to Garou and other Fera. These gifts come from spirits that usually live in the Umbra, the spirit world. Spirits can be animals, elementals, anything in the physical world. Luna also blessed us with being able to change into five forms.
THE FIVE FORMS
Count them FIVE. Homid-Human, Glabro-Human with more hair and muscles, Crinos-A power house of rage that is a monster of fur and claws, Hispo-Muscled up wolf, like Princess Monoke, Lupus-Wolf. Yah, they all have their goods and bads. The Crinos from is the one we take when we want to get things done. It is the form humans remember from the Impergium. It terrifies em, causes em to go crazy with fear so that they only remember us as a legend.
AUSPICE: PHASES OF THE MOON
Yah, Luna also gave us her changing phases of the moon. She is ever changing so why shouldn’t we? When we are born we are given special gifts depending on the phase of the moon. Full (Ahroun), No-Moon (Ragabash), Half (Philodox), 1/3 (Gibbous), Crescent (Thurge). Depending when you are born gives you special talents.
For example, I’m a Full Moon, Ahroun is the official title. I specialize in war leadership and kicking your ass.
Ragabash-Tricksters, they lighten up the pack. Make a joke, relax, enjoy, annoy.
Philodox-Judges, often balanced and even tempered, they are seen as the best in any dispute.
Thurge-Spirit Talkers, shamans, witches, wizards, they have had so many names! The spirits just love em and help so much when searchin for a new gift or tryin to solve a puzzle.
Gibbous-The story tellers. History speaks to these guys best. They remember and tell tales to inspire the Garou to fight again for Gaia even when hope is lost.
It’s not set in stone, but it does effect who you are and gonna be. Like me. My mom always said I would be a great leader. He, well see.
SPIRIT WORLD:UMBRA
Now the Umbra is the spirit world, a confusing place. You can get so lost. It can go anywhere in the world, and sprits are visible there. You have to think of it as a cake. On the top there is the everyday world. The rest of the world is blocked by the Gauntlet, a net that keeps things out from the Umbra. Breaking though depends on your strength and how close to the wilderness you are. For sample, if yah in the city, it gonna be harder to go into the spirit world.
The second layer is the Penumbra. The almost parallel universe of the physical world. This is just one of the places to fight evil. It’s the easiest place to get to. And there are many dangers like: blights-where the Weaver and Wyrm meet to create industrial places of muck and grime. hellholes: yah, as bad as they sound. A toxic dump that also shows in the real world. There are good places too though. Chimares are places where dreams can be seen. Glens are good places for the Wyld, a place to protect for the natural world. Trods are spots where faries used to dwell, some still might. There are others, but I can explain those if I see them.
The Umbra goes deeper and deeper. The Near Umbra has 13 different places. They all show a different way to see the earth. I’ll explain em if I ever go to one ok?
And so you keep goin though layers of that cake and find the Deep Umbra. You can get lost here. This is where the Wyld, Weaver and Wyrm are. The Wyrm itself is in Malfas, Hell really.
Then we go down into the Dark Umbra. It is the spot of death. Ancestors sometimes hang here to guide kin, but goin here is almost stupid considering death. But there are better ways to call up some dead family.
OTHER BADDIES
Allrigty. Now to the other bad guys than the Black Spirals. There are bad spirits that corrupt everything, one of their kind is called a Bane, but there are many others. Air, children, water, food, anythin. They are common smog, chemicals, children’s toys that kill. There is one kids thing that is a play docs kit. It makes the child go crazy and kill anyone else in the house. Scary!
There are also humanoid weirdos with bad ass powers. They are called Fomori. Humans blessed by the worm with powers like rock hide, poison claws, multiple arms, toxic spill victims to be short. Gross!
SO much to fight and so little time huh? There are just too many, but these are the big ones.
THE EXSISTING TRIBES
Ok, Umbra, gifts, Black Spirals, Gifts, Rites, lost tribes, Fera, Wyld, Weaver, Wyrm, the forms, auspice…yah, not much left to go into but the other 12 tribes other than the lost ones mentioned back.
Bone Gnawers- THATS ME! A mix of everythign really. Looked down upon by, everyone we try to help the people that have no voice. We are the city dogs, not like the Glass Walkers, we live on the streets, middle class, lower class, upper class, we don’t care. We’ll take anyone on and anyone in. Yah we rock because we take the meaningless and make it something awesome!
Silver Fangs-Silver Fangs-Opinionated “leaders” that are as inbred as some of my cousins from Arkansas. Shadow Lords-Noble werewolves that are supposedly trying to save our sorry Nation from the Wyrm.
Wendigo/Uktena-Native American tribes. Wendigo hate anybody who isn’t one of them. And the Uktena are more open are spiritually attuned to Gaia.
Red Talons-Angry only Lupus tribe. They hate humans and want to destroy them all.
Children of Gaia-Hippies
Silent Striders-Wandering ones with no homeland thanks to Set. Messangers.
Black Furies-PMS central. Women are kings and men are dirt to them.
Stargazers-Hippies with karma. They left the Garou Nation to find there own path.
Get of Fenris-War, war, war. They believe that all werewolves are always at war with the Wyrm. They are right actually. Most of these guys are a scary bunch of muscle and deadly weapons. And there hot tempers don’t help either.
Glass Walkers-Teachies and nerds. They are the computer geeks of the Garou Nation.
Fianna- Ahhh the Irish, Scott, and British charm. Any girl could fall for a guy with an accent. They sing, drink, and know how to love with a passion. The best of tribes I say.

Interesting… Weird… For the most part well written. You might not ‘want’ to edit, but there are a few things that really do need editing. For example, using there instead of they’re, Allrigty instead of alrighty etc. Like any ‘Glossary’ this is an overload of names and detail, but such is the nature of it. Like I said, well written. Keep at it!

Whoever told you that grammar is not important was not a writer. You have all these ideas but they are too chaotic to understand. It feels like you just made this up as you went along.
I know exactly how that is. My advice to you would be to restructure the continuity and try, as much as you seem to disdain it, a little bit of grammar. Make it readable.
Also, expand upon some of your ideas. I have as much trouble with that as anyone, but when dealing with stories of such a nature, often times we must explain things a little better than if we were dealing in reality.
7-10 for an awesome imagination.

Awsome! I’m glad that you got this down and took my advice. We have to remember as gamers that we understand this World of Darkness world and other’s have no clue to what is goining on.
I mean, Werewolf the Apocalypse was replaced by Werwolf the Forsaken, which sucks! So when you talk about all this suff, it just confuses people! LOL. No worries sweetie.
