Poetry / Lose yourself
Lose yourself in your sadness
Dream yourself through the years
Yet still there’s realitys darkness
And still there, waiting, are your fears
Lose yourself a little more each hour
Dream, yet there’s no reason but the need
Hidden is a slow, late blooming flower
That everyone mistakens as a weed
Lose yourself, for each smile comes with a price
Dream, but every dream comes to an end
Hope for you is nothing but a vice
For each failure inflicts wounds no one can mend
