Limericks / Long Story Short

I like this and it works. The only area of criticism is that the last line isn’t laugh out loud funny. But not bad.

I like the contradiction in the dog and kitty and dumb and smart…and don’t we all take wrong paths…and think that we are witty?  

This was more than just to amuse and entertain…it was philosophical and intellectual!

I just love this limerick, so full of juxtapositions. My favorite line is “Runs right down the wrong paths”. I have known this dog. Nice write!
