In this view, you are right. However, love occurs while you live so it has many more facets.

Very well written. Short and precise.
I think this is fairly true, not everytime granted but so often the lines between the two are blurred.

Very meaningful words. Love is a great thing and most people who experience it treasure it. It can be something that puts you together, or tears you apart. You can get the same feeling as if you were to die.
Dieing can make someone feel empty and shallow, and so does broken love.
Depending on what your overall consept of love this quote can be quite untrue. Actually, if anything I find this to be anything but true.
Death in itself cannot die. – So, it really doesn’t make any sense at all to begin with. Dead is what we become when we as humans, or animals, plants [basically, any living organism] stop breathing. Pretty straight forward. If you were to reword it, and say LIFE and love.. it’d make a bit more sense, but it’d still be VERY cliche.
Some say love lasts even beyond death, so it really does depend on what your take on love is, I guess.
I need time to ponder this one.
True love does’nt kill it creates usually so I disagree. Don’t forget quotation marks.
