Poetry / Hooky
Sunny day, 1:03.
In suit & SUV she
cooed to her cell
apologetically,
“No, I can’t leave the
office until 5.”
Should have shouted,
“SHE’S AT THE PARK,”
as I walked by.

Another brilliant piece. These should be immortalized as part of the modern experience. You are an extremely adept young poet. I look forward to being a part of some rebirth of the collective poetic voice with you. There hasn’t been a good movement in a while. Speak for yourself, she said.

Hi,
How CUTE and CLEVER is this? Just wonderful and I got a chuckle out of it.
I would though however, change the “5” to 5:00.
This is great!
Take care….
haha! it’s clever i love it. examining every word for something to criticize made me feel guilty, there is nothing. cute!
Great job. Quick, crisp, to the point. Makes me want to shout “She’s at the park!” and trip her at the same time. Excellent.
