Poetry / Catch myself
I catch myself,
watching words so they come out right.
I catch myself,
trying to please everyone.
I catch myself,
going with joke when my gut tells
me go against it.
I catch myself,
arguing with a god
I claim cannot exist.
I catch myself,
pride does go before a fall.
So, I catch myself before I trip.
I catch myself,
angry at soo much injustice.
I catch myself,
not doing anything. Words
are empty without action.
I catch myself,
and I wonder what it would be
like to just let go.
And then I catch myself.

This is a good poem … I don’t think there is anything wrong in it … just needs little tweaking.
My suggestions:
... after ‘catch myself’ you have started with ‘ing’ and at some places and without ‘ing’ at some…. may like to re look into.
....may like to review the ending.
Overall I liked reading.
Best wishes.
