The creative, driven part confuses me. The other words appear to be opposites yet I don't consider creative and driven as opposites to one another. I think the other four words work for a memoir because life can be filled with many ups and downs and opposites. Its relatable, although I don't understand how the last two fit. It's your memoir though so it must fit your life.
Intrigue is a word I love. And I know both mystery and intrigue are two things many writers want to bring to their pieces. Therefore, I think your word choice here is rather good. However, I don't like the set up of the memoir. It is just basically a style thing but when reading it I didn't like how "I bring to life" came last. I think this definitely brings up interesting imagery. There is a mood that is created right away, atleast for me, which might be different for every reader. I don't know if it is exactly what the Six-Word Memoir people are looking for because there appears to be no direct connection to writing. Obviously there might exist a subtle one that you recognize in these six words and since it is your memoir I personally have no problem with it. The people offering the contest might though.
I like that you included "my pen," which I think is the instrument that breathes life into writing. It results in a handwriting that also says something and it gives a part of the writer to what is being written. I don't like the use of "it" though. This leaves your words less descriptive when another word there could be far more dramatic and appropriate.
I would hate to write a one word review so I had to think beyond my first reaction, which was wow. I think your word choice is amazing and very deliberate. I especially like the use of "ink" because it gets down to the most raw and even rare form of writing now. I mean you have typed it on the computer but hopefully you still have the belief, as I do, that the most powerful words are handwritten in ink.
