the true reality is surely subjective. and there's always the philosophy that the only thing we can truly know is that we exist. subjective or not, too many live in what is deemed reality and they are affected by it in large doses. it's nice to beable to take the time to set aside small doses of subjective reality that only really applies to the self. and that is all.
aww... this is sweet and sickly so. but i love it. if you can truly be you for yourself then you can be one for someone else. i enjoy this.
it's really quite beautiful and haunting. i can see the things you write in a surreal and hazy kind of way. the title does throw me a little and i'm not quite sure how the last two lines fit in with the rest of the poem. but they sound awfully nice.
it's really very sweet. the one word-- swept-- is that what it is supposed to be? it's sweet, and i would be swept off my feet if this were how someone was expressing something for me. i would love it if there were somehow a way to hear the music along with the lyrics-- a lot of time that makes all the difference. nice.
awwww... it certainly fits in the poetry category-- one of the great things about poetry is that it is not held down by convention-- even though some would like to have you believe that. anyway-- it's beautiful and sweet. the sentiment is carried throughout and winds up quite nicely. it's warm and fuzzy. i love that feeling of the new and the old at the same time. fantastic-- really.
It's a great little piece. bringing things together in such a small amount of words is difficult, but you've done a good job. however, the only real criticism i would offer-- if you're going for the nanofiction thing-- is the surprise or twist at the end. other than that-- kudos.
this seems like a great start to something that could be very engrossing. i already want to know what's going on with the characters and i already have a sense and feeling for her. nicely done. i can't wait to see more done with it.
it's cute-- and i hate monopoly. so, that you could enjoy something like that is amazing. but really, it is the smallness of things. especially when done together. flashy- no not really, and i wonder if it's fiction? it's definitely worth expanding on. and it's sweet :)
wow-- fairly powerful piece to put in so few words. it sounds like the start of a great book or even a screen play. and i can't decide who the drinker is. i could imagine a stodgy old man or a middle aged mid life crisis or even younger and brooding. the cat, the poor cat. but really, who goes around biting people :)
man, this would be perfect for satire. so, i did the first five, but i don't have to flush right now. so what to do; what to do??? i'm not an athiest, but i don't really believe in god either-- so now what? but really, this was hilarious and a great twist on the musings of our "creator". and what a great point about all the stars and far off places we'll never get to. but maybe he just made them to look at with a very high powered telescope or the hubble. the world may never know.
