hello there, im a free thinker but with manners.
i live in england and write as a hobby more than anything else, would love to write profesionally and im always on the look out for little workshops and people who are interested in writing as part of a team or just as a partnership.

I have been writing for the past 7 years and never really got serious about it until the last three when people have expressed that they enjoyed my work, i love constructive critism and i love to be challenged as i think that this is the only way to progress.

I run some workshops (well, it needs members) on thehideaway.org so if you’d like a challenge or you’ve hit a block and need a brief to work to get that inspiration up and running again then chec…

Today had been a long one, and my head felt mal-adjusted. The job was getting to me and I felt that only two choices were fast approaching; that i could attempt to disappear as one of 'them'. Or die. The first choice always seemed a brighter path, but in reality led to death anyway. My thoughts were leading me back two and a half years ago when I was deciding whether to become a trank counsellor. Oh, it seemed like a good idea at the time, and everyone was so proud of me, but then they didn’t...

Jason almost tripped as he sprinted down the grassy hill behind his home as fast as his legs would take him. He knew that Sally would have called the rest of the gang and aside from Tom, who lived miles out of town and would have to jump onto a bus, they would beat him to the meeting point if he didn’t act quick. Jason’s mum had left a note out to lock the doors after him and not to be in too late. Backpack strapped tightly to his back as he managed to expertly avoid falling over or twisting...

Yeah well, You didn’t see the fire That rose up in her eyes I’m inspired To become one that cannot be bought With money Money is a comforting insult Economy is an upper class in joke Punch line poor Are not dumb any more Educated guess can level the score But for now there are leaders And some turn into deceivers That’s just human nature So the system is out dated Suitably ill-fated Is technology becoming a saviour? Is communication changing behaviour? Altering desires Just like a fire That b...

Never got to say goodbye to you before you enveloped An event near forgotten until the picture developed The colours were blurred and everybody frowned Universally accepted, that part of you drowned Richer you are, the poorer you’ll be Everlasting time changes that we can all agree Mentioning the small print giving us time to think After all, the worlds got it’s own instinct Keepsake clockwork with too much meaning to be structured Entrusted until it punctured leaving our climate busted Savin...

Land laid before us all just like an infected carcass As information overload is running ever faster And freedom under a set of rules is commonly known as law That doesn't cater for my way of life and I’m still looking for more My body is my temple to which I bleed for no man For all of our differences is a fire that you fan An elaborate set of lies forgetting that reality is perception You think we're moving forward, away from deception In fact we're building skyscrapers on ground set to bre...

i liked the idea. But i was confused as to who was doing the talking "we take our clothes off when we lie on a girl" was the line that threw me. However, i did find the whole piece mildly amusing but its not really an original subject to pick fault with.
This is a brilliant piece of writing and i would to read more on it. i dont think there's one thing i could pick fault with it. i loved the way you drifted away from the game of hide and seek as the main character had been fooled instantly, even though he knew what was going on, he also knew that it would be far less hassle just to go along with it. Was that cat thing a panther? the dialogue was fantastic and it really took me there, and some of the expressions in your writing were familar in...

Such a sad story but it reaks of painful honesty, like reflections of a man on death row i guess (haha). i loved the little details you added that seem to inform and progress. at first i was unconvinced that someone on death row would be using sentences like "one would assume" but as you unveil that the protaganist is sixty years old, its lets a lot things click into place. One thing that wasnt clear though, the spot that he talked about, was this a grotto type of spot where kids come and tel...
