I know that I have unforgiveness in my heart that I need to deal with. I have gone down the list thinking that I am making progress until I look in the mirror every morning. How do you forgive when you are the perpetrator? I believe that is the very reason why my chest hurts and my body aches because I am always left alone with the person that my heart is trying its best to forgive.
