Crutches When I was younger, so much younger than today, I never needed anybody’s help in any way. But, now those days are gone I’m not so self assured. You have a good grasp of the facts and the writing is well though out and you make a good case that Nagin should bear alot of the blame. I think probably, the government on all levels failed the people of new orleans with the heros being the national guard that finally came in and took charge and action. I have to agree with you. Trump is no match for Rosie's biting wit, and basically, I like what she had to say. I don't think the guy let that poor girl off out of the goodness of his own heart. With people like that, there is always an angle. I don't think he became this altruistic, forgiving, selfless saint overnight and Rosie saw right through it too. Nice piece.
