The place is dirty, dark and sometimes forgotten among the lists' of bar-hoppers in town. The smoke lingers over top of the bar in spite of Ohio’s recently enacted smoking laws. A small crowd is huddled around the inconveniently placed pool table in the back-left of the bar, near the stage where the band is set up.
