I can only say that I hope you decide to look into writing short stories and/or novels because this would work beautifully as an intro to one or the other.
Both the imagery and the terminology speak of a subject of fiction that I think hasn't been written in decades--dark nights, goons, and dames in stilettos--and I don't think I've ever heard of it portrayed in poetry. Nicely done.

Pain is rarely something that can be felt when you're not the one feeling it. This poem I think speaks well of the desire one feels to reach out to a loved one who's hurting. Kudos
Very nice. The perfect follow-up I think to one I read earlier: "the blade turned into a pen" Kudos
Should have put "thought-provocating" for a criteria as it would have gotten a 10. :) I like the internet and our other technology, but tend also to miss that world not so far from my own. Kudos.
Definitely worth keeping--as is your next job ;) I like the subtle changes in rhythm. The emotions are very clearly conveyed--I got the impression of anger, frustration, and the desperate desires to rip your hair out and/or throw something, anything. I personally could have done with the cursing, but too it enhanced the conveying of emotions. Kudos.
If anyone says that those 6 words have nothing to do with creative life-then they have no heart/soul, know nothing about creativity, or both, b/c those 6 words are almost everything there is in creativity--especially for poetry. Very well done.
sounds like the life I lived while working near full-time and going to college. I had to schedule time to "live life to the hilt". Kudos
