I'm not expert at Haiku but I liked the poem. I like the idea of "It's going to rain" being the title rather than in the text.

"to important to ignore" - should be too important to ignore. I think it's a good look into the characters head. I got a strong feeling about him (I don't particularily like him) and you could use this piece to base a character around. I don't know about making him a protagonist though. He might not be likable enough.

Very funny. I had this phoney English accent in my head and enjoyed it.

I liked “Love starts with a smile grows with a kiss and ends with tears” best. “you can always start liking someone over and over again but you can never stop loving someone” this one didn't ring true for me only because I know what it's like to fall out of love with someone.

"Manipulating your mind with simple ease" I like "Manipulating your simple mind with ease" better. Other than that I liked it.
